Micromovement Warm-Up:

  • Foundational Strength & Flexibility: Master exercises to safely build strength and flexibility essential for aerial work.
  • Ground-to-Air Flow: Seamlessly connect grounded movements with aerial transitions, enhancing body awareness and control.
  • A New Approach to Yoga: Experience yoga techniques tailored for aerial arts, increasing mobility and reducing injury risks.

Aerial Workout:

  • Dynamic Conditioning & Strength-Building: Turn the aerial silks into your gym, working every muscle group for total-body resilience.
  • Fundamentals & Technique Mastery: Learn core warming up techniques, creating a strong base for advanced skills.
  • Targeted Flexibility: Aerial stretching techniques to enhance mobility and range of motion.

Aerial Silks:

  • Dynamic Drops & S-Wrap Entrances: Explore multiple ways to enter the s-wrap, from static to dynamic entrances, linking them seamlessly to drops.
  • Scorpio & Helicopter Moves: Discover and perfect entrances into the Scorpio, plus the “helicopter move” or flare, adding dramatic flair to your repertoire.
  • Back Flag & Roll-Up Techniques: Practice exercises for the back flag and experiment with entrances, along with roll-up techniques for strength and control.
  • Open Drops: Master the breathtaking open drops, performed without key holds, enhancing your aerial performance.
  • Choreography & Flow: Bring it all together as we combine these elements into short, beautiful choreographed sequences that flow naturally.
