Join me for an Aerial Silks & Aerial Workout Workshop over 2 days on the 2nd weekend of November.
The program includes:
- Warming up on aerial silks and preparing the body for aerial movements
- Learning different techniques such as balancing positions, C shape, meat hook, roll up, free drops, various climbing methods, and transitions
- Sequencing learned elements into choreographic sequences
We will focus on the following in the workshop:
- Inversions: preparing the body for inverted movements, static and dynamic variations, and open drops
- Hip movement: conditioning exercises, hip lock, meat hook, helicopter, and various hip movement variations
- Balance: preparation for balancing positions and movements, including splits, back balance, and flag variations
