Aerial Workout:

  • Full-Body Conditioning: Utilize aerial silks to activate and strengthen every muscle group, enhancing your resilience and endurance.

Aerial Silks:

Workshop Highlights

  • Roll-Up Technique: Master the integration of hip movement into the roll-up technique. Learn proper body alignment, hand grips, and the techniques for seamless rolling down and rolling up.
  • Dynamic Drops & S-Wrap Transitions: Practice innovative ways to enter the S-wrap, both statically and dynamically. Smoothly link these transitions to thrilling drops and movements, such as the scorpion and back flag.
