Aerial Silks & Aerial Workout Workshop
The program of Aerial Silks & Aerial Workout Workshop is composed of:
- Warming up (on aerial silks and on the ground) – Aerial Workout program - how to prepare and reinforce your body for aerial movements and warm up specific group of muscles needed for specific figures
- Learning of different techniques - including balancing positions, C shape, meat hook, roll up, back flag, free drops (with no keys), various ways of climbing and transitions
- Sequencing - meaning the connection of learned elements into short choreographic sequences
