Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as abdominal breathing, is a powerful tool that optimizes oxygen intake. Coupled with Yogic techniques, it can boost energy levels, strengthen lungs, balance the nervous system, aid digestion, and even reduce stress.

As we age (especially during hormonal shifts like menopause or andropause), muscle mass naturally declines. Regular exercise combats this trend, keeping us strong and energetic. My routine blends Face Yoga, Micromovement Yoga, Aerial Workouts, and Aerial Silk routines. For added muscle-building support, I sometimes incorporate weights.
