My approach in teaching yoga is based on my 30-years’ experience with it. I’m a certificated Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Face Yoga teacher leading teachers training courses, Micromovement Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Face Yoga, Aerial Workout, Aerial Silks programs.
Yoga is the essence, the core of my life, and has helped me to overcome health issues and difficulties that I was confronted with and reach a high-quality lifestyle.
Yoga is for me the way of living. Starting the day with Face Yoga, breathing – pranayama techniques, and headstands centers my focus for the day and empowers me to direct my life energy into the accomplishment of my goals.

Aerial Yoga combines traditional hatha yoga postures, micromovement yoga, and aerial hammock techniques with the aim of:

The private classes in-person program is designed for all of you who have health issues; wish to progress faster; the desire to gain better flexibility, mobility, and strength; work on some specific postures; and have goals you wish to achieve.
In all the mentioned cases we will go through a short questionnaire. Based on your answers you will be provided with 1h and 15 minutes of one-to-one workout designed especially for you.
Depending on the case we will have one or more private sessions to reach the goal.
Private online classes are designed for all of you that have health issues; wish to progress faster; the desire to gain better flexibility, mobility, strength; work on some specific postures and themes; have goals you wish to achieve and need professional assistance.
In all the mentioned cases we will go through a short questionnaire. Based on your answers you will be provided with a 1hour one-to-one workout designed especially for you. Depending on the case we will have one or more private sessions to reach the goal.
Online private classes are held through the Zoom application.
Exercises are recorded and you get unlimited access to your private sessions.
